How to get to Designer Outlet Berlin

• By car: via the B5 (Heerstraße) from Berlin-Spandau towards Nauen, exit “Designer Outlet Berlin”. Around 3,000 parking spaces are free, and charging points are located in car park 2.
• By shuttle bus: free on Fridays and Saturdays and on special Sunday openings from Kurfürstendamm 225 (Hard Rock Café), journey time about 30 minutes, book your ticket online.
• By train and bus: take the RB21 to Priort and then bus 662, or to Elstal and then bus 668; from the Havelpark take bus 663. A direct bus line also runs from Potsdam-Krampnitz.

Wustermark and the Havelland region

How to get to Designer Outlet Salzburg

• By car: via the A1/A8; the section between the Walserberg border and Salzburg-Nord has been toll-free in both directions since December 2019. Follow the signs to the car park.
• By trolleybus: about 15 minutes from the city centre to the dedicated “DOC Himmelreich” stop: line 2 (main station – Mirabellplatz – DOC Himmelreich) and line 10 (Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz – Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz – DOC Himmelreich). • From Hamburg and Hanover: via the A7 to exit Soltau-Ost, then follow the signs.

How to get to Designer Outlets Wolfsburg

• By car: via the A39, exit “Wolfsburg Zentrum”, then follow the “Designer Outlets” signs (navigation: 52.4284, 10.7956). Around 1,000 paid parking spaces are located right at the centre; the tunnel and underground car parks are only accessible for vehicles up to 1.90 m high, so taller vehicles should park elsewhere, for example at Maybachweg.
• By train: Wolfsburg main station is a two-minute walk away.
• By bus: city buses stop at the main station right next door.

From factory sale to outlet city

Metzingen is the home of Hugo Boss. The company opened its first factory sale here in 1972, and in the 1990s brands such as Bally, Escada and Joop! followed, creating one of Germany’s first factory outlet concepts. In 2019 the Gaenslen & Völter site added further stores, and Hugo-Boss-Platz is home to one of the largest BOSS outlets in the world. Things to do around Metzingen

Metzingen, a town of around 22,000 people, sits among orchards and vineyards at the foot of the Swabian Jura. The historic centre with its seven old wine presses on Kelternplatz reflects the town’s long winemaking tradition. The university town of Tübingen, the spa town of Bad Urach and the hiking trails of the Swabian Jura Biosphere Reserve are close by, and Stuttgart, about 30 km away, offers museums, architecture and events such as the Cannstatter Volksfest.
